05 — The Pilot Program

A short, well-staged journey.

A pilot runs about seven weeks — calm, gentle, and set entirely in your world. You bring the judgment and own the outcome; we build the engine alongside you. Pilots reach production when a business leader owns the win — so that is where we start.

What you bring

  • A Shaper — one business leader who owns the outcome and steers the build (the strongest signal a pilot reaches production).
  • The people who’ll act on the calls, to help shape and grade them.
  • Deep knowledge of your field, your data, and your goals, in your own words.
  • The one outcome that matters most — so together we set the baseline and the number that means “scale it,” with your data kept fit, fair, and governed from day one.

What you gain

  • A specialized intelligence that is yours alone — with a lead that grows the longer it runs.
  • The full world-model architecture, shaped around your business — and a team that can run and explain it.
  • By week seven, a measured business result and a model you own and can scale.
Week 1

Discovery & setup

We learn your world and agree one business outcome, its baseline, and the number that means “scale it.”

Week 2

Domain mapping

With the people who’ll act on the calls, we map your signals onto Wake’s judgment — and set your data up to be fit and fair, so the first version is trustworthy.

Week 3

Grow

Wake learns a first version of your intelligence from your own history.

Checkpoint: go / refine / re-aim
Week 4

Shadow mode

It runs beside your team against a holdout; your team grades the calls and watches Wake earn their trust in the open.

Checkpoint: go / refine / re-aim
Weeks 5–6

Live pilot

With your team’s go-ahead, its guidance reaches real decisions — over two weeks, long enough to measure a real result, always within the guardrails you choose.

Week 7

Review & decide

We show the measured result against the holdout, in your terms — and you decide how far to scale.

We plan to the end before we start — and keep honest checkpoints along the way. On day one we agree the outcome worth aiming for and the number that means “scale it.” At weeks 3 and 4 we decide together how to proceed — keep going, sharpen the aim, or step back with no sunk cost. You’re never locked in, and every week stays pointed at a result you’ll want to scale.
