02 — More Detail
A map of a mind.
Here is the whole platform on one canvas. Read it like a brain: the senses take in the world (raw video and signals, read today by four models: V-JEPA for motion, MoveNet for body pose, SAM 3D for body shape, and Gemini for a written read), the imagination pictures what's next, a sense of good-and-bad weighs the options, a notepad remembers, a coach sets the goals, and a doer acts. Six parts, working as one loop. The map shows the full design; where it stands today says which parts run.
On a computer, hover over any gateway to light up the part of the mind it opens.

Module
One of the six inner parts of the mind (the big colored blocks): senses, imagination, judgment, notepad, coach, doer.
Gateway
A doorway into one module — a simple web address your app calls; two are for every moment, four are for set-up and steering. Each gateway is colored like the module it opens. On staging all six are open to callers with an API key; in production, only the Configurator is so far.
Tenant
The business and its app (the wide bar), which grows and runs its own intelligence by calling the gateways. Our own swim app is the first tenant: its swim services still run inside the Wake platform today, and it calls two gateways, the Configurator and the World Model, through our Swift SDK.
App user
The everyday person using the tenant's app. They talk to the app — never to Wake directly.
Control plane
The gateways a business uses to set up and steer its intelligence (coach, judgment, imagination, notepad) — before and after the moment, never in it.
Data plane
The gateways through which everyday data flows in and guidance flows out (senses and doer) — every moment, the only doors called in real time. Today the senses' doors answer 503 in production (see where it stands today).
